Sunbury Physiotherapy is a long established and large practice and, since it's inception some 30+ years ago, has been striving to provide the very best, cutting edge, quality physiotherapy services. The Sunbury Physiotherapy Group continues to expand and now incorporates Gisborne Physiotherapy and Campaspe Physiotherapy at Kyneton, as well as two locations in Sunbury. The Medical Reception position is based at the Sunbury locations only.

Our multidisciplinary team includes; 11 physiotherapists and 5 administrative support service members as well as podiatry and remedial massage professionals. Our practice also incorporates Aquatic Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates services

We are seeking a motivated medical receptionist to join our team. The applicant must

Have a positive attitude

The ability to accept responsibility and prioritise tasks

Desirable additional skills/experience include:

Sales
Use of social media in marketing/advertising
IT knowledge/ trouble shooting
Website maintenance

The position is permanent part time of between 22 and 30 hours per week. Days and hours are negotiable, however the position will include one to two shifts per week until 8.15 pm as well as one in 4 Saturday mornings.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a supportive and dynamic work environment as well as a remuneration package including paid public holidays, personal leave, holiday leave plus leave loading and superannuation.

The hourly rate of pay is $22.43 per hour, $24 per hour for shifts which include hours after 6 pm and $33.65 per hour for Saturdays. There is also an additional commission based sales bonus paid.
